Today I finally went to The Cheesecake Factory. I absolutely love cheesecake and I had wanted to go since arriving, so it was high time. I had a slice of Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple and, oh my God. OHMYGOD. Good thing I hadn't had lunch before (just a yogurt and fruit), because the slice wasn't huge but it took a while to finish. And it was DELICIOUS. (The waiter wasn't bad either, but that's another story...)

Date: 2012-08-19 03:11 am (UTC)I actually read reviews about The Cheesecake Factory where people complained because the portions were too big, some said something like "Places like this are the reason why so many people in the US are obese." Excuse me? Does anyone force you to eat the whole thing at gunpoint? I mean, I too find that American portions tend to be too big, but at least here it's normal to take the leftovers home. You should be happy you won't need to cook the next day. Some people are just... Bah.
