I've become so lazy when it comes to updating here. Let's see. Last week I started the new Praktikum at the music agency, so far everything's going well, I'm learning a lot and having fun. Really, I may as well have learned more in my first week there than in almost three months in my other Praktikum. But I hate myself for blushing so easily (because I know I blush almost every time I talk to the boss, I can feel it, dammit), but it'll get better, I just need to get used to the new environment.

What else? Tomorrow I'm going to the cinema to see Richy Guitar! Richy Guitar on the big screen! In Berlin! If that doesn't kick my Richy/Igor muse back to life, I don't know what else could...

And now: angst galore! I'll try to write smut next time, I swear, but I needed this part. It's PLOT! :O

Sorry for the spam, but my muse finally came back. I was tempted to turn this into a B/F, but Richy and Igor looked at me with big puppy eyes and I changed my mind.

The drummer clenched his fists and looked away.

Richard hummed happily to himself and went on licking his ice cream cone.

Oh man, I'm not used to go to sleep at 5:00 AM anymore. >_< Last night was... weird. Maybe I'm too strict and have prejudices, but a friend of mine has a real talent for picking up really weird boyfriends. Oh well, as long as she's happy. Like my father would say: "She's the one who's got to share her bed with him." Yes, we're very straightforward in my family. XD

( Richard closed his eyes and sighed, leaning back against the tub. )

Just the other day I was thinking I'd like to add something to "To friendship", even if the five chapters I've written so far could be considered a finished story. What can I say, I just can't get enough of Richy and Igor. So what I'm going to do is write little ficlets - or even longer fics, depending on how inspired I feel - about Richard and Igor living together. They could be about anything, from the two of them bickering about who should use the bathroom first in the morning, to one of them ogling the pretty neighbours' daughter and the other getting jealous. I suppose this is similar to what killer_ameise is doing with her experiments, that is, writing fics that take place within the universe she created in her story "Du, Ich & Wir Drei". I hope you don't mind me "stealing" your idea. :)

"To friendship" was told through Igor's point of view; in these ficlets you'll have the chance to see what's going on inside Richard's mind as well.

Oh boy, it's so satisfying when someone asks information about Berlin and I'm able to help them, I like being useful. All right, and I like showing off my wicked knowledge of the city too, so what? :P

I'm currently working on Italian Contest Story #2 AND on chapter 5 of "To friendship". Richy has finally opened his eyes, yes! Well, Igor pretty much forced them open. Here, have a sneak preview.

He lifted a hand and carefully caressed Richard’s cheek. The blonde closed his eyes and took a shaky breath. "Igor..."

"I really want to kiss you."

Richard was still not looking at him. "I don't know if we should."

"Forget what we 'should' do."

Igor leaned in, closing the small gap separating them and felt his friend gasp against his mouth. 'Not too fast,' he thought. He didn’t want Richard to freak out and run away again. But Richard wasn’t pulling away, wasn’t stopping him. And then he felt a hand resting tentatively against his waist, his friend’s lips parting slightly, and that was all the encouragement he needed.

Mmh, I like being productive, yesh.

I've finally started working on part 4 of "To friendship". And, of course, my friends decided we HAD TO go out every fucking evening last week AND we absolutely needed to see each other in the weekend too. All right, last week was lovely, I should really start going out every night, it's great for my mood. Not so much for my writing, though. Gah. But I AM writing, that's the important thing.

And because I love my LJ friends, here's a sneak preview.

A week had passed and Igor was starting to lose hope. He had tried everything he could think of: turning casual touches into lingering caresses, paying random compliments, casting glances that usually made girls blush and look down with an embarrassed smile. One evening he had even walked into the kitchen wearing only a pair of faded old jeans and leaned against the table next to Richard, trying to look sexy and tempting, but his friend had only raised an eyebrow and told him to put on some clothes if he didn’t want to catch pneumonia.

Now he was sitting on his sofa bed, reading some comics and trying not to pout too much.

Poor Igor, I'm so mean to him...
