So, Demi and I are thinking of going to Berlin for New Year's Day and stay there for a week or so. We'd leave on the 30th of December and come back on the 9th of January. Cool, eh?

Too bad we probably won't be able to do it. And all because of my job. I know I'll be working here until the 20th of November. After that I will probably still be working here, but there's the possibility that I'll be sent somewhere else. If I'm still here, there will be no problems in taking a week off, but if I start working somewhere else there may be problems.

I hate this. I fucking hate this. I hate not being able to know where I'm going to be in 2 months time. It's not worth it. We want to fly with AirBerlin, which has the cheapest fares, but you need to buy tickets in advance, because the earlier you get them, the cheaper they are. And I can't wait a bloody month.

I really should do something concrete about that thing I've been thinking of lately. But even if everything worked out, it would take a long time, months at least, so I'll just have to bear the job I have now and MOVE MY LAZY ARSE DAMNIT. I can't put things off forever.

OMG! I went to Berlin for New Years and it was the AWESOMESS!!!

Not knowing where you will be in two months sucks...i know exactly about that as well!!! I feel the same way most of the time.

Also, i flew AirBerlin and i liked it but you are right you have to buy it in advance and that is a setback.

Putting things off just make them harder later! I know it sucks ass!

Yeah, Berlin is an awesome city, it'll be damn freezing in December/January, but definitely worth it.

I'm really getting fed up with my job, I mean, it can be fun and all but... gah. As I said, things might change in the future, but not in the immediate future, so I'll just have to be patient and hope everything will work out in the end. *sigh*

SAP is a huge system that handles everything that concerns management (orders, sales, invoices, shipping blablabla *yawn*). I write software programs tha run within it.

Example:

Chef: "I need a program that will show me all the orders we made in the last x months and allow me to print them in cronological order! Now!"

Me: *typetypetypetypetypetypetype*

Something like that. :P
