I finally found a copy of Good Omens! YAY! I'm about 50 pages into it and I already love it.
I spent the last weekend reading about Armageddon: first Devilman, a '70s Japanese comic by Go Nagai, then Good Omens. Should I feel blasphemous reading this while the world's mourning the Pope's death? To tell the truth, I'm fed up with it. Every TV channel, every newspaper, everyone's talking about it. It's quite annoying really. There's a war going on - more than one, actually. There were elections in Italy (yesterday and today). There are hundreds of things going on in the world. But all they talk about is the Pope. It's the same old song over and over again. No wonder I don't watch much TV anymore.
And I'm still waiting for my
pervy_werewolf's Ficathon fic or art. A few people didn't submit their assignments and of course one of those had to be the one for me. I'm always lucky. I submitted a ficlet and a drawing and the receiver didn't even comment. Maybe she didn't like them, but a "Thank you" wouldn't have hurt.
Nice way to go for my first time in a ficathon, huh?

Current mood:
blasphemous
