gothikmausI keep forgetting to post my fics to DW/LJ. This is the ficlet I wrote for Week 2 of George Eads Appreciation Week/Month.

Summary: Greg's sounding way too cheerful for someone who's about to get waist-deep into garbage.
A/N: My second contribution to George Eads Appreciation Week/Month. Written for Week 2 (March 5-11) - I Love Trash / Sunny Days: Dirty jobs or fun in the sun, including the good ol’ sunglasses!
"You ready for your first foray into Dumpster diving, G?"
"Yep!" Greg replied, sounding way too cheerful for someone who was about to get waist-deep into garbage. He checked his overalls one last time and looked back at Nick. "So, I just... Get in, check all the bags and hand you anything that might be linked to the case?"
"That's right." Nick nodded. He took his sunglasses out from a pocket of his vest and put them on. "Now get to work. Sun's already up, I don't wanna be late for breakfast," he added, grinning.
