Challenge #6
In your own space, post the results of your fandom scavenger hunt. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

Search in your current space, whether brick-and-mortar or digital. Post a picture or description of something that is or represents:
1. A favorite character

I was about to post a picture of Crowley from Good Omens, but then I remembered I've been quite obsessed with Greg Sanders from CSI in the last year and a half, so why not post them both?
2. Something that makes you laugh

I got this little cat figurine from a gashapon vending machine in Japan and it always makes me smile. There were various figurines available, each one had a cat performing gymnastics. Of course I got the one napping on top of a pommel horse, it's perfect for me. XD
3. A bookshelf

I really need a bigger bookshelf because, as you can see, this one if overflowing with books, magazines, Funko Pops, action figures, figurines. I have another one too, and it looks pretty similar.
4. A game or hobby you enjoy

My two sketch pads. I haven't drawn much lately, but I still love it.
5. Something you find comforting

Tea and biscuits, especially Baiocchi.
6. A TV show or movie you hope more people will watch

I never have time for TV these days and I have a long list of to-watch films and series, so I'm just going to mention one of my all-time favourites: Daria, the MTV animated series from the '90s. A classic.
7. A piece of clothing you love

I don't wear them often, but I LOVE these faux leather trousers.
8. A thing from an old fandom

My basic Hermione Granger's cosplay kit: her magic wand, her Time Turner and a Gryffindor tie.
9. A thing from a new fandom

A lighthouse + kraken badge from "Our Flag Means Death", made by the wonderful Umulata.

Date: 2023-01-14 08:57 am (UTC)Baiocchi are these yummy biscuits filled with cocoa and hazelnut cream, they're really good on their own, but if you dip them in hot tea (just enough to soften them a bit), they are divine. I try not to eat them too often, but if I'm feeling a little low, tea and baiocchi are the perfect way to cheer myself up. The brand recently launched a pistachio version of them and they're delicious too (but I'm biased, I love pistachio-flavoured stuff).
