I was supposed to donate blood this morning (plasma and platelets actually), but, as usual, my hemoglobin level was too low. They'll do a complete blood test to see if my iron level is too low as well (again) and will let me know if I should start taking iron supplements (AGAIN). Sigh.

Oh, well, at least this improved my mood drastically:

EDIT: OMFG In 2 weeks I'll be at Heathrow waiting for my connecting flight to Los Angeles! asdfghjkl TWO WEEKS. This last week has been so hectic work-wise, it feels like a million things happened and I hadn't actually realised I'll be leaving in TWO F*CKING WEEKS! :O

Oh and thanks for the pic of Alex. That is truly gorgeous. I wish he'd keep a good dose of scruff all through season three he looks amazing right now.

I've had low iron in the past and it's nothing serious, but when you donate blood you have to reach a minimum level. The good thing about being a blood donor is that you're constantly checked, so if there's something wrong, doctors notice it immediately.

I don't usually like men with a beard, but Alex looks utterly gorgeous.
