Oh, man, why do I pick up accents so easily? So, yesterday I finally watched "Oyster Farmer". I spent the whole time thinking "Poor bugger" whenever Alex's character did something (I mean, really. The money? The dog?) And at the end I had his Aussie accent stuck in my head. *facepalm*
And this morning I got a call from the UK at the office, the girl calling spoke Italian but was either British or an Italian who's been living in Great Britain for a long time, because she had a bit of an accent. Well, by the end of the conversation I was talking like her too. *headdesk* I'm always afraid people will think I'm mocking them, but I'm not, I don't even realise I'm doing it until I stop and actually listen to what I'm saying.
