New computer and "Down with love"

I have a new computer! *squeeee*

I'll miss Al (my old pc), we've done so much together: high school projects, university researches, fanfiction, fanart... But it's time to say goodbye *sniff* I'm going to keep the hard-disk though, there are still a lot of files I haven't copied on the new one, so a little bit of my Al will always be with me. ^_^

I'm still adjusting to Windows XP. The computers in the uni lab had Windows XP, so I know how to use it, but until yesterday I had a pc running WINDOWS 95! With a modified RAM and HD, but 95 nonetheless. And, of course, this new computer has a name too. Everyone say "Hi" to Q-chan! (I think thisveryinstant may know where the name comes from... ^_^)

I saw "Down with love" last night! Ewan was divine. Renee Zellweger (I think I spelled it wrong...) was wonderful too, Demi and I giggled for most of the film. And I want a house like that, all pink and blue and pistachio green. =)

Favourite line: when "Zip" says "Porca paletta!" Now, I saw the Italian version and I don't know how the original sounded (something like "Good grief" I guess), but when he said that, I cracked up. And I'm still saying "porca paletta" to myself every now and then and giggling like an idiot. *shrugs* I'm silly like that. ^_^

Hee! *pets your computer* Can you ask it to give me super powers?

My computer is named Alice. No reason; she just looks like an Alice. I've got plants named Susan and Phil, and I used to have an old Corola named Fred. It works for me :-)
