Canon Holmes fanart this time

I should probably write a real update, but I don't have anything interesting or exciting to write about, so I'll just thank my muse for paying me random visits and spam my flist with some more Sherlock Holmes fanart instead.

Today I realised I hadn't drawn on paper in ages, so I played around with pencils a bit. These are the results.

I inked the second one in Photoshop but didn't get rid of the pencil drawing underneath because I like the way it looks. Also: why, yes, I like long-fingered hands with perfect nails, how did you guess?

I'm really impressed at the rate that you're throwing these out at (and at the same time it's making me feel ridiculously lazy u-u)! I especially like the expression on the second piece and how you kept the pencil lines in :)

I'm quite surprised too, I'm not usually so productive. That's why I'm taking advantage of it, I'll try to draw as much as I can before I turn back into my usual lazy, procrastinating self. :P

I just saw these and gotta say, I like a lot! The pencil underlay in the second one looks great! And the hands...no wonder Watson was fascinated!
