nimori wished for some time ago. It's something I've never done before and I don't know if I'll be able to write it, but I want to try.
Anyway, the drabbles. The first one is Urbs Anguis, written for this week's![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
hp100's challenge, "When in Rome..." The second one was written for the After_Class dictionary challenge (this week's word was "Prostrate") and you can find it below.
Branded
Prostrated at Voldemort's feet, face flushed, tangled black hair sticking to his sweaty cheeks. Left arm still swollen, the Dark Mark standing out sharply on the pale skin.
Branded like an animal, like cattle ready to be slaughtered.
Harry closed his eyes and hid his face in Severus's black robes. He felt the familiar floating sensation that meant they were leaving the Pensieve and held the other man tighter. He didn't let go when they landed back in the empty office.
Severus stroked the unruly hair and rested his forehead on the top of Harry's head.
"That's my worst memory."

Prostate is a gland. located um... Well, I'm sure a slash writer, or anyone in the medical field, will come up with a better way to describe WHERE exactly it is than I would be...
Prostrate is correct the way you've used it. It's just that they've VERY VERY different meanings.
PS. If you made a typo at the top, and it was SUPPOSED to be prostrate, then just ignore me. ;)

When I first skimmed this post on my friends page, I kind of missed the "R" in "prostrate." So I was expecting an entirely different kind of drabble.
