University rant and drabble

I hope chapter 4 will turn out long enough or my prof is going to complain again. *sigh* It's not my fault, it's just that I'm not very verbose. If it takes 5 pages to say something, why writing 10? The whole thing just becomes repetitive and confusing. He told me that when you're writing a degree thesis for a 4-year course, it has to be about 100 pages long at least. Which isn't true, because a friend of mine, who goes to another university (a private, famous and very good one), told me that his professor doesn't care so much about the length, the important thing is what you write and how you write it. Of course you can't just give in a 20-page paper, but I think 80 or 90 pages are enough in my case. My cousin's thesis was 140 pages long, but half of the space was filled with tables and charts (she studied Statistics). If I manage to write 30 pages for this chapter most of my problems will be solved.
Anyway, this morning I took a break from university stuff and wrote a drabble for
hp100: Smile for me.
