"Hallo DÄOF, ich bin der Bela..."
Jun. 19th, 2009 05:39 pmThe concert in Hamburg was awful. Really, the people who couldn't go shouldn't be sad about it, you didn't miss anything special. Even Farin said it: "War echt Scheiße, ihr habt nix verpasst."
...
WHO AM I TRYING TO FOOL, OF COURSE IT WAS AMAZING!!! XD But Farin asked us to say that to the poor people who couldn't be there ("Some people have, you know, a job"), and you know how DÄ fans are: we do whatever Farin tells us to. ;)
So, on to the usual random report:
17th June 2009, Hamburg

Other pictures here.
I flew to Berlin and took a train to Hamburg. At Berlin Haupfbahnhof a fan started chatting with me and was positively shocked when I told him I'm from Italy. He kept saying "Aus Italien? Krass!" XD We said goodbye at Hamburg station as I had to go to the hostel and he had to meet some friends.
I arrived at the venue around 2:45 PM, I thought I could still remember the way from the U-Bahn station to the Sporthalle (I was there last December to see FURT), but I got a bit lost. Of course there were already quite a few people there (there are rumours on the DÄOF forum that someone was there at midday THE DAY BEFORE WTF), but in the end I got a nice spot in the second row on the right side of the stage.

OK, that's really it. I couldn't upload the video of when Die Ärzte walked off at the end (saying they're proud of having such a fanclub - aww, ihr Schleimer), I'll upload it as soon as I can.
