Luckily it was nothing serious and our singer was able to fix it. The internal connections to the jack had somehow disconnected, he welded them back together and now everything works again.
Only, he inverted the volume and tone cables, so now I have to remember that the volume knob controls the tone and the tone knob controls the volume. ^_^
