And finally... FURT CONCERT REPORT! For those who don't want to read but would like to see some pictures, here's the link:

They're not that great, I was standing somewhere between the 3rd and 5th row and had to zoom a lot. And there must be something wrong with my camera, when there isn't much light the display is totally dark and you can't see anything, so most of the time I didn't know if I was aiming at Farin's face or his crotch knees. :P But some turned out decent enough.

So, the concert. I was in Düsseldorf with a friend and we decided to go to the venue around 4PM, but we caught the wrong undergound and wasted a lot of time, so we only got there around 4:40PM. I had to laugh when I saw how many people were standing there already. I thought it would be like Bela's concerts, when people started to show up mid-afternoon, but I was obviously wrong. We managed to squeeze our way through the crowd anyway and after a while eryka_59 got there too. It was bad enough standing there waiting for the doors to open and trying not to get crushed to death, but when they actually opened them, I thought I was going to die.

Once inside I realised I'd lost my friend and Eryka, I waited for a little but since they were nowhere to be seen I just went ahead. The venue was very big, with a barrier halfway through it and you had to get a pass to get to the main area. Just as I got my pass I met achtanablah who was getting hers and we went to the front together. Unfortunately my friend couldn't get into the main area because they ran out of passes just before he could get one, but he said he found a good place and could see everything perfectly. We stood on the left at the beginning, but just after the gig started a sudden pogo-wave sent us into a more central position, so I spent most of the concert right in front of Nessie. Later on I migrated a little more to the right, I was in the 4th/5th row, but luckily I was taller than most of the people in front of me, so I could see everything.

The concert was amazing, completely different from Bela's ones. I've never sung and danced and jumped so much. And he played "Sumisu", which made me so so happy. He introduced it saying something like "Let's go back to the '80s... Well most of you weren't even in the womb... But for the ones who were there... Yes, all 4 of you, you know how it was..."

At one point he pointed at a guy in the audience (Mark from www.pogophil.de), who had got married on the same day and was spending his wedding night at a FURT concert! That's what I call being a dedicated fan. ^_^

After the concert I bought this T-shirt and then waited outside the venue with my friend and Eryka, who was staying at our hotel. It was quite clear they wouldn't sign autographs, but we stayed anyway. Not that I really, really wanted one, I only wanted to show them my Krümel T-shirt. :P

And that's it. I'll upload some more pictures from that weekend in a day or two, Düsseldorf is a very nice city and we had a lot of fun. :)
