Oh boy, this is getting ridiculous. They're not sending me to Verona in the end, but I was supposed to have an interview in Milan this morning. Mind you, I was told about this interview yesterday at 6:00PM. Well, after 2 hours of waiting, going from office to office and more waiting, they told me there was no one who could interview me and that they'll call me later on today. How bloody unprofessional is that? It's not my problem, I get paid at the end of the month whether I work or not, but it's just so frustrating, the more I see how things work, the less I like it. I mean, the job itself isn't that bad, but the system around it really makes me sick. I won't miss it when I quit. Because I will quit, I just don't know when.

Changing the subject completely, Wayne replied to my message and said he liked the pics and he'll forward them to the others! Eeeh! It was the one single thing that brought a smile to my face yesterday. Thank God I'm leaving for Düsseldorf tomorrow, I'm really looking forward to this weekend, seeing Farin live and meeting some LJ friends. =)

And that means I'll probably be offline from tomorrow to Monday night. So... See you all next Tuesday! :D

I really can't understand what's wrong with people. They all want someone who's quick and efficient and practically at their beck and call, but they don't want to pay. They pretty much tell you "You're exactly the person we need, we'd be very happy to have you working for us. You're worth 100. I'll pay you 30." WTF? o_O

Well, if they sign autographs after the concert I'll tell him there's an American girl who sends him a kiss. ;) If I'm coherent enough to remember it. :P

Well, it's a bit complicated. I'm a consultant and work for a certain society. This society sends me to various places. And the people in these "various places" usually want to pay as little as possible. But my pay depends on the contract I have with my society, not the places I go to, so if they don't want to pay, it's not my problem, it's my boss's. Argh, it sounds damn complicated, doesn't it? o_O

I have to warn you once more : my English and German are the worst things you'll ever hear. I haven't spoken English for ages, and German...Except DÄ songs and a few sentences in my German classes, I haven't spoken it very much either. Achtung, Achtung!! X)

Oh, come on, my German isn't that good either. I can read and write it, but talking is something else entirely. And I stutter when I'm nervous. In every language. :P

No, they haven't called me yet. But I really don't care, as I said, I get paid no matter what, my boss sends me where I'm needed, if he doesn't find a place to send me that's his problem. I used to care much more about my job, but now after 2 years I've developed a more detached attitude. It's still annoying though.
