Oh, Bela...

After a long battle with the computer, I finally uploaded the pictures from all Bela´s concerts.

I feel like I want to say a million things about the concerts, but I don´t know where to start. I gave Bela a comic book after the Magdeburg show, but was too nervous to say something and he was talking to me in German (even if I had said "This is for you", he just said "Für mich?" and went on in German), so I got even more nervous and didn´t say much. But I was determined to say something if I had the chance in Hamburg and I did. I asked him if he had read the comic book, I had to ask 3 times, I was speaking in English and he kept saying "Was?" I even thought of speaking in German, but I always talk veeery slooowly when I speak German and we didn´t have much time, so I just repeated my question right into his ear (mmh, so close...) and he finally understood. Getting deaf, Bela? ;)

So we talked about that and then I said I had to go back to Italy, so that would be my last concert and he was like "Aww" and then hugged me! I was screaming inside, but managed to keep my cool on the outside. Apart from the stupid, idiotic grin I´m still sporting. Mmh, he smelled so good... *dreamy eyes*

Almut wanted to say goodbye to Danny, so we hanged around for a bit till we finally found him, he was very nice, he shook my hand and introduced himself (as if I didn´t know who he is after 3 concerts. :P) At some point I mentioned I live in Milan and he seemed very impressed, it went something like this:

Danny "You live in Milan?"
Me "Yeah."
Danny "Fuck. You´re Italian?"
Me "Yeah."
Danny "Wow. Cool. That´s... great."

Seeing Danny so impressed, made me feel happy to be Italian. And that doesn´t happen often!

And of course the highlight of the show was the Bela/Wayne hot snogging session right in front of Almut and me. I was petrified for a couple of seconds but then, since it lasted really quite long, I managed to take a picture.



You can´t see their tongues, but believe me, they were all over the place. And before that Bela deepthroated Paule´s mike during "Hab keine Angst."



Damn, if I think there´s a FREE concert in Hamburg next Sunday, right on the day when I have to leave. Yes, I thought of staying a day longer, but I have to go to work on Monday. I had thought of taking that Monday off when I filled in my holiday plan, just to have a day off before going back to work, but decided against it in the end. If I had took it, I would have asked for a flight change and stayed here a day longer.

But I´m happy, this has been the best holiday I´ve had in years. When I woke up in the car today, with the sun rising right in front of me, I almost cried. Partly because I realised that it was over and I won´t be seeing any more of Bela´s concerts, but partly because I was so happy I had seen them. Damn, I´m getting teary-eyed again, I´ll just go now.

I´ll probably write more some other time, but right now I still feel like I´m on a rollercoaster.

I know exactly how you feel! I'm not normally proud of being Aussie (I normally don't even think about it) but having a band impressed by my nationality is always so thrilling! Take as much of it as ya can, so you can dwell on it forever, like I will!

Also, you took some really great photos at the Berlin concert! You camera is awesome!

My friend got worried when I started shouting and groaning at the pic of you and Bela. Damn him for being the sexiest man ever!

Oh, Bela looks so damn hot in that picture! Too bad I had such an idiotic grin on my face, but hey, I was standing right next to Bela! It´s a wonder I´m still alive!
