gothikmausOh. My. God. This afternoon my elementary school teacher came to visit us (I was her, uhm, favourite pupil) and while we were talking, my mother said "Why don't you show her some of your drawings? You don't want to show them to me, but sure you'll let your old teacher see them."
O_O
In that instant all I could think of was "FUCK!"
Luckily I managed to switch from the preview visualisation to the classic one without them seeing anything compromising and, since I have quite a few character sketches in my drawings folder, I showed them those and some innocent coloured pics. But damn, was I nervous. Not that my pics are very explicit, but I couldn't say "Yeah, those are two men. Yeah, they are kissing. Each other." o_O
Then, after my teacher had gone away, I asked my mother "If you wanted to see my drawings, why didn't you ask before?" Because that's the reason, she simply wanted to see my pics. And she said "But every time I walk into your room when you're colouring something, you hide the window."
Er. Well, of course I do, if I'm colouring said two men kissing. And half naked. ^_^ But when I draw something "innocent" I usually show her, I showed her my Luna Lovegood-Santa Lucia pic just the other day. Anyway, being the diplomat that I am, I explained her that I simply don't like people looking at my pics before they're finished and of course I'll show her my drawings when they're done.
*Whew*
Sometimes I whish I had a more "normal" hobby.
