Fanart, Fanfiction and Fangirling

There are still sales in January, but the shops are allowed to do them whenever they want. There's no longer a limit by law. But there are still many shops who retain to the old customs. You're right, the coolest stuff gets never cheaper. I cross my fingers for you, maybe ... ;)
