Oh, look, another CSI fanfic, who would've thought? Joking aside, I've been working on this for weeks, and I'm quite happy with how it's turned out. I still can't explain what this fandom did to me, I've been so, so productive. I'm constantly inspired and even when I think I can't possibly get any new ideas... BAM! Inspiration strikes again. I already have something else almost ready to be posted, a drabble + fanart combo, not to mention the WIPs that keep piling up, it's insane.

A/N: References to episodes 15x06 "The Twin Paradox", 15x18 "The End Game" and 16x01-02 "Immortality". Title is from the David Bowie's song, because it came on the radio while I was trying to come up with a title and I thought it was quite fitting.
