CSI ficlet: Strong (Nick/Greg, PG-13)

This is getting ridiculous. I found this Hurt/Comfort prompt list on Tumblr and I just had to write something for prompt #12: "You don't have to be strong all the time."

CSI again, of course. Nick/Greg. Because that's all I can write at the moment. I may even write another ficlet for another prompt, but I need to finish something else first.

Nick stormed out of the observation room. Their suspect had just confessed, confirming what the evidence had already made abundantly clear: the man was guilty. He should be satisfied they had closed the case relatively quickly, but he couldn't seem to care.

"Nick? Is everything okay?"

He didn't even turn around.

"No, Greg. Everything's not okay."
