Snowflake Challenge 2018 - Day 8
Jan. 11th, 2018 09:24 pmI'm a bit behind with the Snowflake Challenge, but I don't want to fail quite as spectacularly as I did last time, so here's Day 8.

Day 8
In your own space, share a favorite piece of original canon (a TV episode, a song, a favorite interview, a book, a scene from a movie, etc) and explain why you love it so much. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
I'll mention two moments from the last episode of Sherlock (Season 4, Episode 3):
1) First of all Mycroft's sword umbrella! Because I'm a hopeless Mycroft fangirl and the possibility that his umbrella might hide a sword had become a pretty popular idea in fandom. I think Mark Gatiss once said that the umbrella was just a boring, regular one, but we know we shouldn't trust him too much. In fact, it's such a boring, regular umbrella, that it doesn't just hide a sword, it has a gun too!
2) The bit at the end when Sherlock asks Lestrade to make sure Mycroft is looked after, because "he's not as strong as he thinks he is", and Lestrade says "Yeah, I'll take care of it." Because that's just gold for the Mystrade fans. And Sherlock finally saying "Thanks Greg" right afterwards was also quite squee-inducing.
