(no subject)

My aunt from NJ called the other day and told me I can go visit her whenever I want and stay as long as I like (now that both her sons are married, she has two spare bedrooms). And I've been thinking that I might as well go. I mean, I'm doing a web design course at the moment, but I'll be done by the end of April and I still haven't found a job. I sent a lot of CVs around, did a couple of job interviews, but that's it. If I'm still jobless by the beginning of May, what's keeping me here? I could go there on holiday and search a job in the meantime. I mean, I wouldn't be leaving much behind. My parents, yes, and a few friends, but... And it would be temporary anyway, I'm not planning to spend the rest of my life in the US. I still have time to decide, and if I find a job I won't leave at all, but I'm seriously thinking about it.

And of course my mother is crying at the mere thought of me leaving and keeps saying "Nooo, don't go! Don't leave meeeee!" ^_^'
