End of year memes 2019
It's time for the usual end of year memes. 2019 was a pretty intense year, both on the fandom front and in "real life": I saw Die Ärzte in Milan (!!!), Good Omens gave me inspiration to write and draw (I hadn't drawn comics in ages), I finally visited Japan! I don't know what to expect in 2020, but I hope it'll be a good year as well.
But before I forget (and I was about to forget), here are the three Christmas cards I sent out this year. I went for a more cartoonish style this year and I'm quite happy with the result.
Good old Farin Urlaub for
schwimmerin.

A snowman and an owl for Maike.

A Highland Cow for Kivi and Funk.

I WENT TO JAPAN!!! I took the shinkansen, cooked my own okonomiyaki, made a little woodblock print, took a bath in an onsen. ♥♥♥
Did you keep your New Years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
My number 1 resolution was to read more books and I failed: I read a ton of fanfiction, but only a few actual books. I wanted to lose a few kilos and I did! I lost 6 kg! I also wrote and drew a bit, mostly Good Omens.
As for 2020, I'll try harder to read more books. I also want to keep writing and drawing: I have ideas, I just need to sit down and do stuff.
