I'm not completely happy with it, but it's just a first draft, our teacher said the important thing is to keep going. And then, when you're done, you can go back and revise. Like, if something happens towards the end, you need to set it up in the beginning, but you don't know what that's going to be until you actually write it (unless you already have a very clear idea of all the scenes, but that's rare).
There aren't easy ways to get "screenwriting jobs", the people I talked to all said the same thing: network. Basically, you need to get to know as many people as possible and hope to be in the right place at the right time. Which may be difficult for me, since I don't live here. But I've met a few people here and I know people who work in the theatre field in Milan, so who knows.
