Oh, man, I'm sorry about that. =/ Well, I didn't actually fall on my knee, I just didn't bend it enough when I landed, so hopefully it's nothing serious.

And, well, cardio box isn't really about being effective, it's more about using kickboxing moves to exercise. And jumping roundhouse kicks look extremely badass. XD
