Last year I slipped (without any grace, in the middle of a packed shop, responsible was a piece of unidentified vegetable) and crashed on my right knee, it was fine again after four months. I hope yours will be better much quicker.

Roundhouse kicks look good but I'm more effective with front kicks. Must have something to do with me being without any sense of balance. XD
