Still too hot to think of a title

All right, I booked my flight: I'll be in Berlin from the 25th to the 30th of August. I'm going to see at least 4 WGs while I'm there, hopefully one of them will be the one where I'll be spending 4 months (or more) next autumn/winter. *fingers tightly crossed*

PS I have a, thankfully very mild, case of food poisoning and my belly and lower back are full of little red spots! D: I have no idea what may have caused it, the only possible "culprits" could be aubergines or tomatoes (man, I ate so many tomatoes yesterday, but they were so good!) The doctor said it's nothing serious, I feel well and the spots don't itch or anything, I only noticed looking at myself in the mirror, but he gave me some antihistaminics just in case.

I hope I'm not developing an allergy to tomatoes, because a life without tomatoes wouldn't be worth living. D:

PS 2: Why is my internet connection so slow today?!

Li gets those little red spots all the time when she eats certain things (tomatoes is one of them), but they go away after a day or two ;)

Sounds like an allergy, I fear. I keep my fingers crossed. Maybe it's just because of the heat? I sometimes get those problems when it's very hot for some days. But Funk's right, it's away after a short while.

My mother had to be tragic as usual and said: "OMG, what if it's scarlet fever!?" :P

Hopefully it was only caused by the quantity of tomatoes I ate, I did exaggerate. But they were so good, my father had picked them up the very same morning at my uncle's garden, they tasted 100 times better than the ones you buy in supermarkets!

You should have said "Yes! It is! Don't come near me!" XD

scarlet fever I had that twenty years ago. I'm still alive. XD

Haha, tomato-overdose. XD

You're right, they ARE much better. We have our own tomato plants this year again. And it's good to have them. And it's good to know what happened with them, no pesticides f.e.

And then she would've replied "You can't go to Berlin if that's the case! You'll have to stay home and I'll take care of you!" :P

But if it was scarlet fever, I couldn't go to Berlin. D:

Well, the paediatrist needed only one short look to diagnose it and I had a high fever as another symptom. If you're really concerned, you should show it a doctor. You just did, didn't you? He would have noticed.

Generally, you get it as a little child. So, I don't think there's a reason to worry. An allergy or intolerance is more probable. ;)

Truer words were never spoken. Hope you're doing better now :)

I don't think it's scarlet fever or anything serious, I mean, I don't have a temperature and the doctor did look at it. My you know how mothers are... ;)

The spots are still there, but I found out a cousin of mine and a friend of hers got them as well, and they went away after a few days. Weird...

Oh yes, I definitely know. :D
